Jeff Hofflander is a great asset to have when looking at selling your business. He has been involved in hundreds of business transactions over the years selling businesses. Being a National Manager for a division of Honeywell and many years involved in the financial industry gives Jeff the experience to help bring many different types of businesses to the closing table. Being aware of the challenges in a business sale allows him to help make the process go smoothly for the buyer and the seller. With over 20 years of building relationships with many different individuals and businesses, we have resources to help businesses on many different aspects within the selling process. Jeff is also a Licensed Real Estate agent through Keller Williams.

Jason joins us with many years of business and real estate experience. His education and areas of expertise are as follows:

• Experience working with Investors on Residential and Commercial Properties
• Business Ownership-Experience in owning/operating multiple businesses including a distribution company, nightclub, and a home building company.

• Senior Marketing Consultant for multiple National Major accounts clients
• Experience in Commercial and Residential Lending Programs including SBA lending programs
